Massage & Bodywork

Massage therapy in Fayetteville.

Whether you're managing a specific ache or simply haven't exhaled in a month, the session is shaped around what you tell us at the start.

Our massage room with a dressed table, warm corner lamp, wall candles and a fairy-light curtain

01, What happens

How a session actually goes.

You arrive a few minutes early and we talk, briefly, but properly. What hurts, what you do all day, what you want from the hour, and anything you'd rather we leave alone. That conversation sets the pressure and the plan.

You have the room to yourself to get comfortable on the table, and you stay draped throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.

Pressure is not a test you have to pass. Tell your therapist to ease off or lean in at any point. Most people say something once and then relax for the rest of the hour.

Afterwards you get a few unhurried minutes to sit up, drink some water, and come back to the day at your own pace.

02, Choose your session

Which massage suits you.

Not sure? Book the one that sounds closest and tell your therapist when you arrive, we adjust in the room.
