01, What happens
Your first skin appointment.
We begin with a consultation: what your skin does through the seasons, what you're already using at home, what's changed recently, and what you'd like to be different.
From there the treatment is chosen: a luxury facial massage with steam and warm towels for most first visits, a head spa when your scalp is asking for it, or a full body scrub with infrared heat when you want the whole reset.
You'll leave knowing what was used on your skin and what to do for the next few days. Aftercare matters as much as the appointment.
